**Balloon activities are weather dependent.

*Tethered balloon rides | $20 adult/$10 children, cash only. Tethered balloon rides are booked on-site on a first come first served basis and are booked at the tethered rides payment booth. All balloon activities, including tethered rides, are weather permitting.

VENDOR ROW open at 2:30pm Friday & Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE – Event management does not guarantee the appearance of each performer.

***Balloon glow will happen between 6 – 8 pm and can end early or start late.

****Please bring your own chairs, Chairs are available for rent ($5 cash per chair) during the event by TVPC.
